To be eligible for an exchange, the rotavator must be unused and in its original condition. We require that the product has not been used or altered in any way and is returned in the same state as it was at the time of purchase.
To process an exchange, customers must present the original bill as proof of purchase. This is necessary to verify the transaction and ensure a seamless exchange process. We offer flexibility in the method of exchange, allowing the use of any payment method originally employed during the purchase.
Additionally, all our rotavators come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, providing that any issues arising within this period will be addressed.
